My fav is undoubtedly the latter. I split 'em, add salt and pepper, wrap in oil and stuff in my pocket. While on the bike I unwrap in my pocket and eat like apples. Mm! I tend to avoid anything excessively sticky and/or prone to melting, as I live in a hot climate. So most of the time unless they're on sale/it's cold, I avoid anything with chocolate.
