Oops…

For some reason, some time in the last couple of days, I took my chain tool out of my bag and didn’t put it back.

Great day for my chain to pop open. For the third bloody time.

Luckily I wasn’t too far from the bike shop. I’m not sure what’s causing it to break so often. Perhaps, being a 10 speed chain, it’s just too skinny and weak to cope with the force I’m exerting on it (which, with my skinny and weak legs, isn’t much). I definitely won’t be buying an SRAM chain again.

My RaceFace Jersey came this morning, it fits really well and it looks really nice on me, so nice that I can’t wear the other one anymore. I might order another one.

Kinda wasted my money on that Endura base layer though – even on its own it’s too warm to wear on anything but a really freezing cold day (perhaps when it’s snowing).
